AM Vietnam Successfully Passed the Audit for Recertification of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015

After a three-day audit of the Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001:2015, the British Standards Institution (BSI) auditors have concluded that AM Vietnam has maintained a well-managed process system that meets ISO 9001:2015 standard and will be recertified.

At the end-of-audit review session, the Auditors from the British Standards Institution (BSI) shared that they are impressed with the compliance by our Departments with the processes of the QMS. The auditors also stressed that AMVN has delivered a strong commitment from the management at all levels to establishing and managing the quality management system (QMS). AMVN is fully aware of the compliance with the quality process in the system. The infrastructure has been well equipped to facilitate the maintenance and improvement of the quality management system.

The auditors also identified three opportunities for improvement to promote efficiency and effectiveness in our service and resource management processes. These are valuable contributions to AMVN’s QMS, providing AMVN with the another view of the company’s management activities in the light of ISO standards, which will promote our consideration for continued improvement of our processes with the ultimate goal of improving the quality and efficiency of our work.

During this audit, many improvements have been recognized compared to the previous audit, which is all thanks to the work and efforts of AMVN’s whole team. Through the maintenance and continual improvement of our QMS from 2018 to 2024 in accordance with ISO 9001-2015, AMVN also affirms its strong commitment to providing professional and quality services to our customers globally.
