Fast & High-Quality Finance Translation Services
Translating financial documents requires translators to have in-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, and auditing in both languages, as well as a thorough understanding of the culture and financial systems of the countries involved. The translation of financial documents demands absolute accuracy, because even a small error can lead to significant losses or long-term risks in financial investment activities.

The role of a financial expert (SME) in financial translation can be summarized in four points:
- Ensuring professional accuracy: Translating using correct technical terminology instead of literal translation. For example, “Provision” should be translated as “Reserve” instead of “Supply”.
- Complying with standards (VAS/IFRS): Ensuring the translation aligns with Vietnamese and international accounting standards, making the report legally valid when submitted to tax authorities or investors.
- Controlling data logic: Understanding how cash flow works to verify the consistency of figures between balance sheets, income statements, and explanatory notes.
- Handling complex content: Accurately interpreting complex sections such as tax policies, business combination transactions, or special due diligence reports.
In short: The translator makes the translation readable, while the financial expert makes it usable.
AM Vietnam offers two types of notarized translation of financial documents:
