Quality goals

Translation is an effective way to convey the branding messages to the target markets. Our role and goal is to assist our clients to transcreate accurate, effective, and targeted messages.

Challenges

Providing high-quality translation services to all clients at the same time is challenging, especially for new clients. We will initially design client-specific teams and processes to deliver safe language products. Quality is then rapidly improved by us through learning and seeking inspiration from our clients to achieve perfection. We have attained much success with that strategy, and our clients have also benefited significantly from our excellent language products.

We are also concerned about accumulating traditional values, experience and knowledge. We have achieved success based on this strategy, and our clients have also benefited greatly from our excellent language products.

Approval & Rejection

Subject to the volume and service selected, the client will have 60 to 120 hours to review the language products before approval. After such time limit, the translations will be considered to be automatically approved if no comments are received from the client. If the client finds any quality issues in the translations, the client is entitled to request AM to make any necessary revisions. If it is proven that the isssues cannot be resolved or are not resolved satisfactorily in a reasonable manner, the client may reject the translation products and ask for a full refund or ask AM to re-assign a more experienced team. No additional costs will be charged by AM in this case.

Resources & Confidentiality

As a language and business support company, AM Vietnam prioritizes the use of in-house resources recruited and trained by us to meet the highest standards in the industry. We also implement our own strict regimes on information confidentiality as well as specific requirements from the Clients; therefore, their assets are all the time kept with the highest level of confidentiality.

Prohibited content

We reserve the right to refuse or stop providing the service if we become aware that Client’s content are being prohibited under local regulations. We will then activate a special process to return or destroy the content depending on the severity. We may also be required by the authorities to submit the content for investigation purpose. In this case, AM Vietnam is not obligated to reimburse or refund the related paid costs. Clients will have to pay for the work that has done even though the product is not delivered.

Claims & Warranty

Any claim the Clients may have about our services should be sent to the following email address: [email protected] AM will carefully review and provide the Clients with satisfactory answers/solutions. The Clients also have the right to request AM Vietnam to warrant language products if there are any non-conformity findings within 2 months from the date of acceptance and delivery. We will then conduct an evaluation and propose appropriate solutions to ensure the best interests of the Clients. No any additional costs shall be charged in this case.

Early flag-up

Early warnings can be made but not limited to the following cases: changes in the initial requirements; proposal for approval of terminologies/glossary and explanation of ambiguous contents. Early warnings will help our translation products meet the expected quality and ensure the project will go ahead as planned. In the case that there is a request to stop the project due to the client’s subject reasons, the client will pay reasonable costs for the work that has been done by AM Localize.
