Simultaneous interpretation services

AM Vietnam’s interpreters have proficient interpreting skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong research skills and in-depth technical knowledge. Our interpreters are empowered with regular training and update on advanced supporting technologies. They are also highly regarded for passion, adaptability, dependability and professional ethics.

Whispering interpretation

Whispered interpretation (also known as chuchotage, from the French word chuchoter, meaning “to whisper”) is a form of simultaneous interpretation in which the interpreter delivers the translation by whispering directly into the listener’s ear, without the use of any equipment.

Cabin interpretation

Professional interpreters work inside soundproof booths (or cabins) to provide real-time interpretation of a speaker’s words into another language. This setup is commonly used in large international conferences, summits, and diplomatic meetings.

Consecutive Interpreting services

We have a diverse team of interpreters with proper capability for all interpretation needs. We are well experienced to handle both VIP and simple interpretation requests.

Remote Interpreting services

We provide multilingual interpreting and meeting management services via online platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet or telephone. The interpreter shall also act as the MC, who connects people and directs the conversation according to the prepared script or on an event-by-event basis.

Hybrid Interpreting services

When you need the flexibility to accommodate both in-person and online attendees, we can provide a hybrid interpretation solution with both on-site and remote interpreters, as well as any necessary technology setup.

FAQs on Interpretation

How Cabin Intepretation Works?
  • Soundproof Booths (Cabins): Interpreters sit inside acoustically isolated cabins equipped with headsets and microphones.
  • Listening: The interpreter listens to the speaker’s words through headphones.
  • Interpreting in Real Time: They immediately translate the speech into the target language while the speaker continues talking.
  • Transmission to Audience: The interpretation is transmitted via audio channels to attendees wearing wireless headsets tuned to their preferred language.
How Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI) Works?

Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI) enables real-time language translation for virtual or hybrid events, allowing interpreters to work remotely instead of being physically present. Here’s how it works:

  1. Speaker Delivers Speech
    • The speaker presents in their native language, either in-person or online.
    • Their speech is captured via a microphone and transmitted through an online platform.
  2. Interpreter Listens & Translates

    • The interpreter, working remotely from a soundproofed location, listens to the speaker via a live audio feed.
    • They translate the speech in real time into the target language.
  3. Interpretation is Transmitted

    • The interpreted audio is streamed through the event’s RSI platform.
    • Participants can select their preferred language channel on their device.
  4. Listeners Hear the Translated Speech
    • Attendees receive the real-time interpretation via their headphones or device, ensuring seamless multilingual communication.
  • Zoom with Interpretation Feature
  • Interprefy
  • KUDO
