We are currently expanding our pool of freelance linguists to translate Traditional Chinese content into Vietnamese for the world’s top companies. The main areas of expertise are Legal, Medical, Finance, Gaming, Engineering, Energy, and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Be a part of a passionate & dynamic team…
- Deliver high-quality translations in a fast-paced translation environment.
- Research thoroughly on the subject.
- Quality assurance of translation works – no typos, no basic errors.
- Smooth language flow with accurate meaning and high readability.
- Prompt communication with our PM team.
- Post hoc linguist and quality analysis with Language and Quality teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Native speaker of Vietnamese, or near native-level mastery of Vietnamese
- 2+ years of translation and editing experience.
- Professional translation skills
- CAT tool experience is a plus
- Passionate for excellence
- Specialized in one area of documents translation (e.g. Legal, Medical, Finance, Energy, …)
- Available to take a test translation to join AM Vietnam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experiences in joining big translation projects (+80k words)
- Insights on translation and localization (software, games, …)
- Experiences in translation of corporate documents: ISO, Standards, Contracts, Websites, Marketing, …
